Lebanon Valley Claims Fourth MAC Women's Indoor T&F Title

READING, Pa. (Women’s Indoor Track & Field) –
 The Lebanon Valley Flying Dutchmen won their fourth Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Women’s Indoor Track & Field Title on Saturday. The Flying Dutchmen collected 107 points to defeat second-place Widener (83) by 24 points. Stevens rounded out the top-three with 74 points. 
 
Lebanon Valley head coach Melissa Byler was named the MAC Coach of the Year.
 
Widener assistant coach Mike Ambrulavage was named the MAC Assistant Coach of the Year.
 
Widener’s Gabby Nye was named MAC Track Athlete of the Year.
 
King's Brandy Varner was named MAC Field Athlete of the Year.
 
Misericordia's Madison Hedglin was named the MAC Rookie of the Year.

60-Meter Dash
York's Angela Nuse won gold with a time of 7.90 seconds. Arcadia's Sadie Nugent took silver with a time of 7.97 seconds, and Lebanon Valley's Ava Matter won bronze with a time of 7.99 seconds.
 
60-Meter Hurdles
York's Sperra Vittor won gold with a time of 9.09 seconds. Eastern's De'Nair Drew won silver with a time of 9.33 seconds, and DeSales Emily Hoysan won bronze with a time of 9.40 seconds.
 
200-Meter Dash
Lebanon Valley's Ava Matter won gold with a time of 26.11 seconds. FDU-Florham's Bianca Burke took silver with a time of 26.43 seconds, and Misericordia's Emily Krevey won bronze with a time of 26.51 seconds.
 
400-Meter Dash
FDU-Florham's Bianca Burke won gold with a time of 58.79 seconds. King's Ava Butcher took silver with a time of 58.87 seconds, and Stevens Isabella Shanley won bronze with a time of 58.97 seconds. 
 
800-Meter Run
DeSales Kay Wiscount won gold with a time of 2:16.34. Messiah's Elana Pineda took silver with a time of 2:19.49, and Misericordia's Grace Morningstar won bronze with time of 2:20.91.
 
Mile Run
Widener’s Gabriella Nye won gold for the fourth straight year, as this year she also broke the MAC Championship record with a time of 4:57.07. Misericordia's Madison Hedglin took silver with a time of 5:01.35, and Lebanon Valley's Autumn Garges won bronze with a time of 5:08.87. 
 
3,000-Meter Run
Widener's Gabriella Nye won gold and broke the MAC Championship record with a time of 9:54.29. DeSales Ellie Kozich took silver with a time of 10:06.41, and Misericordia's Madison Hedglin won bronze with a time of 10:10.98.
 
4x400-Meter Relay
Lebanon Valley's Ava Matter, Gabby Welter, Abby Reed, and Mikayla Mitchell won gold with a time of 4:08.62. King's took silver with a time of 4:10.45, and Misericordia won bronze with a time of 4:12.35.
 
4x800-Meter Relay
Messiah’s Alleha Glenn, Madison Kimmel, Elana Pineda, Kerrigan Lebo won gold with a time of 9:40.66. Lebanon Valley took silver with a time of 9:48.81, and Misericordia won bronze with a time of 9:50.21.

High Jump 
Stevens Maggie Previglian won gold with a jump of 1.59 meters. York's Trinity Batista won silver with a mark of 1.56 meters, and Alvernia's Britney Anyia took bronze with a mark of 1.50 meters. 
 
Pole Vault
York's Alita Paragon won gold with a jump of 3.40 meters. Stevens Alexis Merola won silver with a mark of 3.20 meters, and teammate Stephanie Ryazanova took bronze with a mark of 3.05 meters.
 
Triple Jump
DeSales Brooke Signorella won gold with a mark of 11.41 meters. Widener's Mia Fleming took silver with a mark of 11.14 meters, and Alvernia's Mylina Castillo won bronze with a mark of 10.87 meters.
 
Shot Put
King's Brandy Varner won gold with a mark of 13.65 meters. Eastern's Savana Dodd took silver with a mark of 13.42 meters, and Arcadia's Donya Baxter won bronze with a mark of 12.74 meters.
 
Pentathlon
Lebanon Valley’s Anna Sawicki won gold and broke the MAC Championship record with 3,459 points. Alvernia's Britney Anyia won silver with 2,852 points, and Eastern's Janitza Hernandez-Albino won bronze with 2,704 points.
