NEWTOWN, Pa. (Conference News) – The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) has announced its 2025-26 MAC Institutional Sportsmanship Awards. Messiah, Lebanon Valley and Misericordia received the honorees based on voting conducted by their conference peers.
                                           
The MAC Institutional Sportsmanship Award was created to reward the outstanding overall sportsmanship at MAC institutions. The award began during the 2001-02 academic year. The award is voted on by the individual institutions' coaches, and is presented to a male and female athletic program in the MAC Commonwealth and MAC Freedom.
 
The 2025-26 MAC Institutional Sportsmanship Award Honorees:

MAC Commonwealth Men: Messiah University receieved 203 points from their peers. 
 
MAC Commonwealth Women: Messiah University receieved 201 points. 
 
MAC Freedom Men: Lebanon Valley College received 158 points from opposing coaches.
 
MAC Freedom Women: Misericordia University received 140 points.
