2021 MAC Men’s Volleyball Schedule (Link)
ANNVILLE, Pa. (Conference News) – Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) men’s volleyball will return to competition on Wednesday, Feb. 24. The 2021 season will see a double round robin schedule during the regular season that will lead into two flighted postseason tournaments, including a championship and consolation brackets.
There will be a six-week schedule from Wednesday, Feb. 24 to Saturday, April 3. With nine of the 10 conference programs opting in to compete, each team will have a maximum of 16 conference matches by playing each team twice.
2021 MAC Men’s Volleyball Schedule (Link)
The conference schedule is set up with single-matches on Wednesdays and doubleheaders on Saturdays. Teams that play on Wednesdays will play home and away on back-to-back Wednesdays, while teams that play on Saturdays will play a doubleheader at one location.
The postseason format will be two flighted brackets including the MAC Championship format with the top-five seeds, and an additional consolation bracket with the sixth-through-ninth seeded teams.
The MAC Championship bracket will be competing for the MAC title and the NCAA automatic qualifier (AQ). Both formats can be viewed below.

For this season only, the conference will use the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) scoring system to seed the teams for the two postseason tournaments. The total points accumulated will be divided by matches played to determine a points per match average to seed the teams. The scoring system can be viewed below:

It has been determined that there will be no spectators allowed at MAC sporting events until further notice, including basketball and men’s volleyball.
Information pertaining to other MAC spring sports, including baseball, men’s and women’s golf, men’s and women’s lacrosse, softball, men’s and women’s tennis, men’s and women’s outdoor track & field and men’s and women’s swimming will be announced at a later date.
