Lebanon Valley Earns Program's First-Ever MAC Women's Cross Country Title

Madison Hedglin wins Runner of the Year / Rookie of the Year honors

Doylestown, Pa (Women’s Cross Country) – The Lebanon Valley Flying Dutchmen captured its first Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) women's title Saturday at Delaware Valley University. Madison Hedglin of Misericordia won first overall. 

Lebanon Valley claimed the title with 52 points. Misericordia finished in second place with 55 points, and Messiah took third with 87 points. Stevens finished in fourth-place with 154 points, while York rounded out the top-five with 165 points.

Hedglin won the 6K race in a time of 22:26.8. Ellie Kozich took second with a time of 22:51.2, Kathryn Long finished third with a time of 22:53.2, Delaney Turk took fourth with a time of 23:02.1, and Madison Kammer rounded out the top-five with a time of 23:02.8.

Hedglin was awarded the 2025 MAC Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Year and Rookie of the Year Award for her individual performance.
 
Lebanon Valley head coach James O'Brien was named the 2025 MAC Women’s Cross Country Coach of the Year.
