Lebanon Valley Captures Third Consecutive MAC Men's Outdoor T&F Title

Grantham, Pa. (Men's Outdoor Track & Field) – Lebanon Valley captured its third consecutive Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Men’s Outdoor Track & Field title on Saturday at Messiah University. 

100-METER DASH
Lebanon Valley's Colin Winters won gold with a time of 10.78 seconds, Eastern's Jahari Brown Fabrice won silver with a time of 10.83 seconds, and Misericordia's Logan Richard won bronze with a time of 10.84 seconds.
 
200-METER DASH
Misericordia's Jacob Hunter won gold with a time of 21.31 seconds, Delaware Valley's Victor Cruz won silver with a time of 21.61 seconds, and Eastern's Jahari Brown won bronze with a time of 21.74 seconds.
 
400-METER DASH
Misericordia's Jacob Hunter won gold with a time of 47.19 seconds, Victor Cruz of Delaware Valley won silver with a time of 47.53 seconds, and Stevenson's Fabrice Saint Hillien won bronze with a time of 48.13 seconds.
 
800-METER RUN
Alvernia's Spencer Hahn won gold with a time of 1:51.98, Hood's Chris Sappe won silver with a time of 1:52.67, and DeSales Jozef Callano won bronze with a time of 1:52.71.
 
1,500-METER RUN
DeSales Jozef Callano won gold with a time of 3:55.39, Eastern's Ryle Mellinger won silver with a time of 3:57.71, and King's Preston Klem won bronze with a time of 3:58.57.
 
5,000-METER RUN
Lebanon Valley's Rory Lieberman won gold with a time of 14:53.43, teammate Wyatt Leitzel won silver with a time of 14:56.57, and other teammate Lukas Walko won bronze with a time of 15:01.93.
 
110-METER HURDLES
Eastern's Keyon Jones won gold with a time of 14.43 seconds, teammate Ian Hopkins won silver with a time of 14.53 seconds, and Lebanon Valley's Joshua Leidich won bronze with a time of 15.00 seconds.
 
400-METER HURDLES
York's Shaun Apsley won gold with a time of 53.05 seconds, Misericordia's Lorenzo Andrade won silver with a time of 53.56 seconds, and Eastern's Keyon Jones won bronze with a time of 55.24 seconds.
 
4x100-METER RELAY
Misericordia won gold with a time of 41.48 seconds, Lebanon Valley won silver with a time of 42.11 seconds, and King's won bronze with a time of 42.79.
 
4x400-METER RELAY
Misericordia won gold with a time of 3:20.31, Lebanon Valley won silver with a time of 3:21.27, Widener won bronze with a time of 3:21.61.
 
POLE VAULT
York's Brody Weachter won gold with a mark of 4.68m, Stevens Michael Dao won silver with a mark of 4.43m, and York's Emory Best won bronze with a mark of 4.33m.
 
JAVELIN THROW
Lebanon Valley's Michael Defalcis won gold with a mark of 66.15m, York's Jacob Bono won silver with a mark of 62.01m, and Alvernia's Ernest Freitag won bronze with a mark of 61.70m.
 
SHOT PUT
Messiah's Nathan Bowman won gold with a mark of 15.84m, York's Nick Bordovsky won silver with a mark of 15.70m, and Alvernia's Christian Medina won bronze with a mark of 15.45m.
