NEWTOWN, Pa. (Men’s Basketball) – The 2026 Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) Men’s Basketball Championship is set to begin on Wednesday, Feb. 25 and crown the champion on Saturday, Feb. 28. The MAC Freedom Champion will earn the conference’s NCAA Division III Championship automatic qualifier (AQ).
 
This year’s tournament field is as follows: 1. Arcadia, 2. Stevens, 3. DeSales , 4. Misericordia
 
The semifinal round will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 25 (No. 4 Misericordia at No. 1 Arcadia; No. 3 DeSales at No. 2 Stevens). The 2026 championship game will take place on Saturday, Feb. 28 at the highest remaining seed. All game times will be set by the home team and are subject to change.

Since 2000, DeSales and Misericordia have won the most MAC Freedom titles (four each). However, since the 2019-20 season Stevens has led the conference with three MAC Freedom titles and there hasn't been a repeat champion since Misericordia did so in the 2017-18 season. The Delaware Valley University Aggies won their first MAC Freedom title since 2016-17 last season as they upset #1 seeded Stevens Ducks in the championship game.
